Disney+’s new TV and movie releases for the week of September 7-September 13, 2026, include Kraven the Hunter.

Directed by J.C. Chandor, Kraven the Hunter is a superhero film based on the character from Marvel Comics. The sixth film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe chronicles the adventures of the titular character, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. It covers his complicated relationship with his ruthless father, essayed by Russell Crowe, that motivates him to become the greatest and most feared hunter in the world. Besides Taylor-Johnson and Crowe, the star cast includes Ariana DeBose, Fred Hechinger, Alessandro Nivola, and Christopher Abbott in key roles. The film opened to negative reviews and failed at the box office.
