Ryanair’s Spain helplines never put you through to a person: FACUA accuses airline of fake customer service lines

FACUA-Consumidores en Accion, the Spanish consumer agency, has asked Spain’s consumer ministry to fine Ryanair after testers found the airline’s advertised Spanish phone lines never connect callers to a member of staff. Complaints went to the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and Agenda 2030 on 3 September. Ryanair has so far not issued a public reply. FACUA checked the numbers…
