MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division on Friday called out the lawyers of former House Speaker Martin Romualdez over their media remarks about the court process during his arraignment. During Romualdez’s pretrial proceeding for his plunder case, Associate Justice Karl Miranda, the Third Division chair ordered the parties in this case to observe “propriety” in their remarks during media interviews. “Your language must still reflect temperance, respect, and fidelity,” Miranda told the parties.
