Scott Eastwood and Sara Paxton‘s eerie psychological horror thriller is making its way to HBO Max today. The film screened at the Screamfest Film Festival in Los Angeles in 2011, but it never received a traditional wide theatrical release.
Enter Nowhere is now available on HBO Max. The film is directed by Jack Heller from a screenplay by Academy Award winner Shawn Christensen and Jason Dolan. Heller also produced the movie alongside Dallas Sonnier.
Lionsgate Home Entertainment released the film on DVD and video-on-demand (VOD) on April 3, 2012, without a traditional theatrical release. The movie was rereleased in 2015 under the title The Haunting of Black Wood.
Eastwood portrays Tom, while Paxton plays Jody in the movie. Katherine Waterston also stars as Samantha. Apart from them, Enter Nowhere features an ensemble of Christopher Denham, Leigh Lezark, Jesse J. Perez, and Vic Finalborgo. The movie’s overall runtime is 90 minutes.
What is Scott Eastwood’s Enter Nowhere movie about?The story follows three strangers who each arrive separately at a remote cabin in the woods. They soon discover they are united for a reason. As they try to figure out why they have arrived there, they realize something is wrong with their surroundings.

Eventually, their journey uncovers a secret bunker filled with supplies and maps. To their surprise, they are all labeled in German. They soon find out they belong to different timelines. While they try to figure out what’s happening, they are confronted by a German-speaking soldier from World War II. He does not understand English and becomes suspicious of the strangers.
During their interaction, all four learn the truth of their connection to each other and their tragic history tying their fates together.
