Instead, the Cupertino-based tech giant just dropped the base iPhone 18 from its latest lineup, focusing solely on the Pro models. Apple isn’t entirely doing away with non-Pro models; if leaks and rumors are to be believed, the iPhone 18 will come out sometime early next year, potentially alongside the iPhone 18e and a new iPhone Air. It’s an unusual move for sure, but judging by what our readers want, Google might have a valid reason to consider a similar strategy.
