Springbok WAG, Simone Tshituka – the wife of Emmanuel “Manu” Tshituka – has been announced as one of the Top 19 finalists of the Miss South Africa competition.
The 26-year-old is vying for the crown, which will take place during a finale ceremony in the coming months.
The actuarial associate has received backing from players like Vincent Tshituka, her brother-in-law, and even Boks captain Siya Kolisi.
SPRINGBOK WAG ONE STEP CLOSER TO CROWNOn Wednesday, 19 August, Simone Tshituka was named as one of the Top 19 Miss South Africa finalists.
According to the comments from the judges, the Springbok WAG was praised for her intellect, kindness, warmth and authenticity.
The senior actuarial associate is hoping to use her platform to campaign on childhood education, particularly in mathematics mentorship programmes
In the comments section, Simone’s husband, Manu Tshituka, and his brother, Vincent, cheered her on.
As did rugby WAGS, Layla Kolbe, Sasha de Sousa and Jandre Koch, the wives of Cheslin Kolbe, Makazole Mapimpi and Vincent Koch, respectively.
Springbok captain Siya Kolisi also showed Simone his support by posting the Miss South Africa finalist announcement on his Instagram Story, with the caption: “My sister”.
