If there's one couple in fiction that can be a perfect role model, it's them. Gomez is utterly and completely in love with Morticia. He adores her and shows her he loves her constantly. Morticia, on the other hand, lets him be who he is, accompanies him in his twisted ideas, and they both live in a state of utter marital bliss. They are both weirdos, and they found their weird match.
I once heard that normal people are like plastic containers. Most of them are square, and when you try to find them a lid, not a single one is a complete match. They have almost the right size, but not quite. However, if you have a plastic container shaped like a dinosaur, it's much more likely that if you find at least one lid shaped like a dinosaur, it will fit perfectly. Weird people are like those dinosaur plastic containers. There are not many of them, but when two of them find each other, you have a match made in heaven. And normal people, like those squared containers, might have a tougher time, but it's not impossible.
All of this to say that Morticia and Gomez are dinosaur containers. They both love the weird and uncanny, and they are perfectly suited for one another. And they are the perfect idea to recreate as a spooky Halloween couple's costume. And besides, they give us the perfect mix of romantic and spooky memes!
