9 game weeks is very quick for this to happen. It took about an hour for me to find it, and was quite an interesting puzzle for anyone wants to try and find it for themselves. Literally just a pencil, sheet of paper and fotmob was all I needed.
By the way, I started with Burnley since they were the last team to win a game
