Kia has just unveiled the all-new PV7, standing as a larger stablemate to the PV5 in its Platform Beyond Vehicle lineup. Like the PV5, this new van is fully electric and highly configurable.
Off the production line, the PV7 will be offered in Cargo and Passenger variants, with the former prioritizing carrying capacity and the latter seating up to 11. The PV7 Cargo, however, can still shuttle three passengers, including the driver.

Kia has also equipped the PV7 with a comprehensive suite of advanced driver-assist systems, large infotainment displays, and additional storage compartments inside the cabin. All of these come wrapped in a 5,350mm long shell, with an expansive 3,500mm wheelbase.

All variants will use the same powerplant, comprising a front-mounted single electric motor and either a 71.kWh battery or a 96.2kWh pack. Driving range is then advertised at 460km for the long-range configurations (presumably those with the bigger batteries), while 268hp and 420Nm of torque are standard across the lineup.

Kia has also confirmed that a configuration with all-wheel drive is in the pipeline, but no release date was mentioned. Other upcoming versions include a Compact body type and a High Roof setup.
Speaking of releases, the PV7 is scheduled to enter the South Korean and European markets in the second half of 2027.
