Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Manchester City winger Savinho in a reported £85 million deal.
Spurs are said to be paying an initial £75 million for the 22-year-old with a further £10 million to potentially be paid in add-ons.
"It's taken a while but I'm very happy to be here," the Brazilian said on his arrival.
"It's a wonderful opportunity at a brilliant club with one of the best managers in the world.
"As soon as I spoke to the Head Coach I knew I had to come. He told me he wants to help me reach the highest level, and I believe we can do that together, as a team."
Savinho first joined City in a controversial transfer from fellow City Football Ground club Troyes, after having never featured for the French side.
In total, Savinho featured 84 times for City during his time at the club, scoring seven times and making 13 assists.
