Kelechi Nwakali has joined Cypriot club, Omonia 29 Maiou, on a permanent transfer, DAILY POST reports.
Nwakali recently departed English League One club, Barnsley.
The 28-year-old becomes the second Nigerian to join Omonia 29 Maiou following the arrival goalkeeper Francis Uzoho last week.
The midfielder spent two years with Barnsley following his arrival from Portuguese club, Chaves.
Nwakali registered two goals in 26 appearances during his first season at the club.
He however struggled for regular playing time last season.
