Sometimes our best-laid plans are foiled in an instant. We set out to do something and then are quickly humbled by the world. This happens to me all the time. I'll make some grand plan to go to a coffee shop and get all this work done, and then I'll arrive, and it's closed. Best laid plans. Sometimes, though, life reveals a greater irony for us than we could have ever planned. Sometimes someone will decide on our behalf that it's not our day and we need to be humbled. That's what happened here to this young woman who wanted to take a video at an art museum.
We have all sorts of bad feelings towards influencers, and often rightfully so. They have changed so much of our material and online world that we have no choice but to look at them askance. When they come into our favorite coffee shops and demand free stuff, or when they stand in the middle of the street trying to get the perfect shot, it's natural that we get a little bit annoyed. We don't always want everything to be filmed and turned into content. But this is the world we live in, so we ought to make a little bit of peace with it. The woman in this story decided to be the squeaky wheel that day, however.
