LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Typhoon Rosal may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) early Saturday morning, October 24, according to the state weather bureau Pagasa. In its 5 a.m. bulletin on Friday, October 23, Pagasa said Rosal might gradually weaken within the next 24 hours before rapidly losing strength. The typhoon may be downgraded to a severe tropical storm by Saturday morning and further weaken into a tropical storm by evening.
