Here’s one of the plates from my capstone project for my undergraduate architecture studies. It’s an original design for a performing arts center. This is 1 of 7 plates I did for it. It is hand-drafted, and rendered in watercolor/ink wash in the Beaux-Arts tradition.

Edit: there are a lot of comments any the balcony on the right, lol. No, it’s not AI. Yes, it was intentional. There’s a cafe underneath the balcony, and there’s about a 150’ drop off to the left/east there down to a beautiful vista of the Missouri River valley, and this was my (admittedly unique and whimsical) attempt to take advantage of the view. Saw a townhouse in Paris a few months prior with something similar and wanted to give it a go (especially since I was already accepted into grad school, internship, etc. at that point so I could take risks lol).

Also, yes, it’s asymmetrical in elevation, but the way that the front portion projects makes it appear symmetrical from pretty much any perspectival view except aerial.

Hope this helps!
