Omoniyi Raphael, the Afrobeats star better known as Zlatan Ibile, has shared traditional wedding photos with Davita Lamai, his partner, on social media.

The posts came as the couple held their traditional ceremony today, with the pair honouring Davita’s Edo roots through their outfits.

Davita wore a custom burgundy creation, a corseted mermaid gown with a curved sweetheart neckline, sheer long sleeves, and a sweeping side train.

Red crystal beads formed lattice patterns across the fabric. She finished the look with a traditional Okuku braided crown, layered coral necklaces, a sheer crimson veil, and a black horsehair fly whisk.

Zlatan wore a cream robe under a textured ivory coat with hand-stitched red beadwork at the shoulders and hem. An ivory ceremonial cap, coral beads, and a carved wooden staff finished the look, their red accents echoing his bride’s gown.
