Vintner’s Daughter’s New Fragrance

Skin-care and fragrance indie Vintner’s Daughter dropped its latest perfume oil, Understory Vol. 4 ($255), this week. The limited-edition scent, designed by Vintner’s Daughter Founder and CEO April Gargiulo and master perfumer Loreto Remsing, pays “homage to the abundant botanical world found in the understory of Northern California’s Redwood forests.” It features notes of violet, midnight jasmine, coastal conifers, moss and petals. Salt & Stone Drops New Scent and Product Category

Salt & Stone introduced a new scent — Ambrette & Pear — as well as a new product category, eau de parfum. The Ambrette & Pear collection includes the brand’s popular deodorant (in addition to said perfume). The Inkey List Expands ‘Bio-Active Ceramides’ Collection

Accessibly priced skin-care brand The Inkey List expanded its “Bio-Active Ceramides” collection to include the Neck Stick ($17) and Eye Cream ($16). The former is “a gua sha-inspired solid treatment designed specifically for thinner, delicate neck skin to visibly smooth, firm and sculpt while strengthening the skin barrier,” while the latter is “an eye treatment that cares for the entire eye area through a barrier-first approach to aging,” per the brand. Forvr Mood’s Next Scent

Jackie Aina’s Forvr Mood introduced its new scent this week. Meet Not Your Type, an “intentionally unexpected warm, spicy floral inspired by the idea that fragrance — like dating — gets more interesting when you stop choosing what’s familiar,” according to press materials. Katie Jane Hughes’ KJH Brand Introduces ‘Microscara’

Makeup artist Katie Jane Hughes expanded her KJH Brand offerings this week with the introduction of “Microscara,” a mascara with a “micro wand” designed to reach every lash. Fara Homidi Beauty Drops Mascara

Another makeup artist brand got into mascara this week: Fara Homidi’s eponymous label introduced Pool Slick Lash Lacquer, a formula “inspired by the glossy, lifted appearance of lashes just after a swim,” per the brand. Alpyn’s New Barrier Support Serum

Skin-care brand Alpyn Beauty launched a 3-in-1 Barrier Repair Serum ($58), a “multifunctional serum designed to strengthen the barrier and clinically proven to fade dark spots, calm visible redness and smooth fine lines,” per the brand. Biologique Recherche Launches New Serum

Biologique Recherche expanded on its long-popular Masque Vivant this week with the launch of Serum Vivant ($195), a “corrective serum for persisten blemishes and redness, designed for adult skin, even sensitive skin,” as described in a press release. In a true girl’s girl partnership, intimates brand Cou Cou teamed up with Sandy Liang on a capsule that marks the former brand’s first-ever collaboration. The collection of “elevated essentials and everyday intimates” evokes the spirit and nostalgia of “back to school” with a campaign focused on reading.
