Tennessee’s failed attempt at executing Christa Pike despite administering two doses of a lethal drug in the state’s death chamber has left her in critical condition, according to her attorneys. Pike, 50, was still in the hospital Thursday and her lawyers said they did not know her long-term chance for recovery.
