Song joined the team's desk entourage that features The Athletic’s Senior NFL writer Jourdan Rodrigue, ex-Rams lineman Rob Havenstein and Rams lead radio play-by-play announcer J.B. Long. She joined the broadcast booth during the third quarter of their preseason game against the Saints.

During an appearance on the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast this past April, Song opened up about her "dream goal" of becoming an assistant defensive coordinator for the Rams. During the Kobe Bryant days, Song professed that she used to be much more passionate at games
"I feel like with basketball right now, my fandom is different. When Kobe [Bryant] was playing, you could have never mic'ed me up," Song said. "I was that level of crazy."
"I really feel like I am so much calmer than I would be at a Rams game. I would just be yelling the entire time," said Song. "My goal is to be an assistant defensive coordinator."
